When logging into your account you must enter the email address and password you supplied when registering for the account. If you have forgotten your password follow the link below the sign-in form to the password forgotten page. Enter your email address to have a new password sent to your email account. Sign into your account by going to the My Account link at the top of the website. Once signed-in, click on the "change my account password" link to update your password. For security reasons, you must know your old password to update your new password. If you do not remember your old password, follow the directions above to retrieve your password. Sign into your account by going to the My Account link at the top of the website. Once signed-in, click on the "View or change my account information" link. Here you can update the personal information you originally submitted when you created your account including your name, date of birth, email address and telephone number. Address Book View Or Change Entries In Your Address Book
Sign into your account by going to the My Account link at the top of the website. Once signed-in, click on the "View or change entries in my address book" link. To change your address, simply choose the "edit" button to update your information or "delete" to delete the address entirely. Order History View Your Order History
Sign into your account by going to the My Account link at the top of the website. Once signed-in, click on the "View the orders I have made" link. This page will show the all the orders included with this account. If you have made an order without signing into your account it will not be saved in your order history. You will be able to see all order information including your order number, the date your order was purchased, what was purchased, who it was billed to, the order status, the payment method, and the order amount. |
